This urban maternity session with Ellis and Tyrone broke from traditional conventions, capturing their love story amidst the architecture of their hometown. We focused on authentic interactions - Tyrone whispering to Ellis's belly, their shared laughter on a park bench, tender moments in their nursery-in-progress.

The black-and-white conversions of select images particularly highlight the emotional depth and timeless quality of this transitional period in their lives. Technical challenges included balancing indoor natural light with the couple's darker skin tones, achieved through careful metering and minimal supplemental lighting.
