Key considerations: Frequent makeup touchups to combat flower pollen, using macro lenses for detail shots of floral textures against skin, and maintaining backup blooms as delicate petals wilted. The most challenging yet rewarding image required Katie to submerge in a lake while keeping her floral crown perfectly afloat - achieved through clever wiring and breath control.
